These terms cover your use of the WOD Forge app. They sit alongside Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies to any app you download from the App Store.
By downloading or using WOD Forge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms and that agreement conflict on the licence itself, Apple's agreement governs.
WOD Forge generates training sessions and multi-week programs with an AI coach, times your workouts, and records your results on your device. The coach adapts to the training history and context you give it.
Generated training is produced by an AI model. It can be wrong, it can be unsuitable for you on a given day, and it does not know anything about you that you have not told it. Treat every session as a suggestion you are free to change, scale, or skip.
WOD Forge is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a heart condition, an injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or are returning to training after illness or a long break.
On a small number of subjects — chest pain, pregnancy, eating disorders, and extreme weight loss — the app deliberately declines to program and points you to a professional instead. That is a safety floor, not a substitute for medical care, and it cannot catch everything you might type.
Stop training and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or faintness. You are responsible for the loads you choose, the movements you attempt, and the decision to continue or stop.
New installs include seven days of full use — the coach, sessions, plans, timer, and journal — with no account to create. After those seven days, using the coach requires an active subscription. Exporting and deleting your training never need a subscription.
There is no limited free version and no generation counter. You get the whole product for a week, then you decide.
WOD Forge offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The current price, in your local currency, is shown in the app before you buy — we do not publish prices here, because the App Store is the authority on what you will actually be charged.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue refunds, and we cannot see your payment details. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Please do not:
We may rate-limit or block requests that threaten the service's availability or cost. This is enforced by the relay and is not a judgement about you.
Your workouts, results, notes, and coach memories are yours. They are stored on your device, and we do not claim any ownership of them. You can export them at any time from Settings → Export, and delete them from Settings or by deleting the app.
The app itself — its code, design, movement library, and coach prompts — remains ours, and is licensed to you for personal use, not assigned.
The coach needs our relay server and Anthropic's API to generate new sessions. Neither is guaranteed to be available at all times. When they are not, you still have your saved sessions, the timer, and your journal on the device.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the subscription service entirely, we will say so in advance and you will keep local access to your own data.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated training will be suitable, effective, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from training you chose to perform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you, and nothing here limits them.
If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date above, and note it in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
